2. Product Orders & Fulfillment

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. Because we deal in fresh farm products, occasionally some cuts might run out of stock or be subject to weight variations.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Delivery: We deliver to specified areas across Accra, Ghana. We attempt to deliver within your preferred time range, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Pickup: Customers opting for pickup are responsible for collecting their orders during their chosen date and time slot.

3. Payments

Payments are made online at the time of checkout via Paystack. We support card payments and mobile money. Orders will not be dispatched or prepared for pickup until payment is confirmed as 'paid' by our payment systems.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive the wrong product, a damaged package, or have any quality concerns, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with photos of the product. Valid claims will be resolved with a store credit or replacement.

5. Referral Program & Points

The referral program allows users to earn discount points. Referral codes are meant for personal and friendly sharing. Any abuse of the referral system (such as creating fake secondary accounts or self-referrals) will result in immediate cancellation of points and potential ban from the website.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Freshlys Family Farms and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Freshlys Family Farms. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
